- Trademark status

- Ownership
- What is included (logo, social handles)
- Reason for sale
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, BuySellNames does not independently audit or guarantee this information.
3. Verification Is Limited
Any review, moderation, badge, approval, feature label, screenshot, or verification provided by BuySellNames should not be interpreted as a complete audit or endorsement.
A listing being:
- Approved
- Published
- Featured
- Stickied
- Promoted
- Highlighted
- Verified in a limited respect
does not mean every claim in the listing has been verified.
4. Conduct Your Own Due Diligence
You should independently verify any information important to a transaction.
Depending on the asset, due diligence may include reviewing:
- WHOIS and registrar records
- Proof of control (registrar screenshot, DNS TXT record or landing page)
- Registration and expiry dates
- Renewal costs
- Transfer locks and registrar transfer policies
- Trademark searches
- Prior use and Wayback Machine history
- Backlink profile and search penalties
- UDRP or other dispute history
- Pending disputes or liens
- Platform and registry policies
Do not send funds or execute an agreement solely because information appears on BuySellNames.

are advertising and visibility enhancements only.
They do not mean the listing has been:
- Endorsed
- Recommended
- Independently valued
- Fully verified
- Guaranteed
by BuySellNames.
Purchasing an upgrade does not guarantee views, inquiries, offers, ranking position, a successful sale, or any particular financial result.
Paid upgrades and refunds are also governed by our Refund & Paid Upgrades Policy.
8. Users Are Responsible for Their Transactions
Buyers and sellers are responsible for:
- Negotiations
